So my summer so far has been work and less play. I do love my job they give me oppurtunities to grow and they also teach me alot. I have also taken alot of initiative which was never given the chance to at my previous jobs. I worried as well how long will this job last. I have quit and been lay offed because they closed there doors and also fired because I was in experience and to young to do my Job and that was from a christian based store. Lovely hey, so know I'm nervous but also excited about this job. Thanks to my good friend Kimmies mom who got me this job and I have excelled. It's kinda funny because I said when I was younger I would never work at an office because I never wanted to be tied down all day. I think Gods kinda laughing about that. I also know that he's been challenging me this year. This year went from Organizing and keeping the youth program alive in our church while they hire a youth pastor. That was an eye opener, I guess I didn't realize how much it took to run a youth program so it would stay alive. Probaly did half the work that Pastor Lee does and yes I call him Pastor Lee why you might ask because I think that it is a respect thing, I do occasionally slip up and call him Lee but for me to call him Pastor Helps me not to take him for granted. He is doing such an amazing Job I can't believe it, I pray everyday for him to not burn himself out.
Then I took some time off of youth it wasn't long probably a month. Why some might ask why I did that. Because I forgot about God, How did I do that you might ask. I took so much on that I forgot to breath. I didn't have a night to myself between worship band, youth and being a sunday school teacher to the same kids I see at youth. Also had a job on top of that. I got reconnected abit but I still struggle everyday. This summer I'm working full time and that took away from me being at camp kadesh. I miss it there, being with those kids and counselling in a cabin I love every minute of it. I started reading Jesus Lover of a womens soul, It really neat hering the stories and details behind someof the stories in the bible about women.
I'm glad I have the summer off, us youth leaders have to prepare for this meeting we have coming up in August. We are talking about our missions statement also talking about caricullum, designing a volunteer application and deciding on a name for our youth group. I really don't know what to name our youth group, never created a missions statement before and I don't now what to teach the kids in youth. I can't stop thinking about it, You can't just have any old name it needs to be challenging and thought provoking and don't forget cool.
Also I see a big challenge coming up in our family a big one that is going to be hard this fall. My Grandma who is not doing so well, She is slowly going down hill. she just is giving up, It sad really it is. Me and my two cousins brianne and Janelle we are close in age and we used to be inseperable. She didn't remeber who we are. At first it was sad and it kinda hurt a bit. It hurts to much to see that its slowly breaking my heart. I know that she is not going to make it till christmas. She got sick recently and they have to use a lift to get her in and out of bed, when before she could do it with the assistants of a nurse. she can't even remeber what she reads.

My Weekend
So I now that I should be working right know but thats not possible yet any way. So I'm going to post. Some of you have noticed my grammar and spelling, I have noticed and well I really can't explain it. I used to be at the top of my class with spelling. Some think I have gotten lazy and don't care. which by the way is not true. Some grammar I get and some is just confussing because no one has explained it correctly. In high school english they used to give us grammar work sheets and we went to town. Grammar lessons stopped in Grade 8 after that you were given work sheets and you had to figure it out on your owne. It gets really bad when I'm tired I forget letters and stuff. Believe it or not I do read through and edit.
So this past weekend went to Camp Kadesh and spent time with my sista from a different mista. It make sense to us. Any way me and John were there. I had an awesome weekend any way not sure about John. We kinda pooped him out a bit well maybe alot. If you know me and kimmy we can be a little out there sometimes. Even random at times. So we get there friday head in to PA because thats the thing to do. She wanted to make us some Iced Coffee so we head to shoppers, she bought cream for it of course the flavored stuff. She saw this random frog kiddy pool and bought it. If you now john he can pretty much fold in half. I do have pics maybe I will post them, he won't know. So we decide that night to go Kyaking and swimming. Johns first time. So we went and faintly in the sky was the pallest of green dancing in the sky Northern lights. People say that they only appear in August well thats not true because I saw them all three of us did.
Then we went for a late night swim. John can't swim that good so we made him wear a Lifejacket and gave him a noodle. It was funny and we got eaten a live by lovely bugs. Then all three of us woke up to watch the sun rise. Thats right we woke up at 4 AM to whatch the sun rise it was awesome John played his guitar and we sang and did silly things and watched the fish jump. It was cool because on one side of the lake there was a thunder and lighting storm and on the other side where we were there was the sun rise. It was beautiful. We went back to bed and me and kimmy were in a cabin and John was in his tent. The storm made its way over shortly after that and well if you have ever experienced a thunderstorm up north in a cabin with thin walls. It feels like minor tremors after an earth quake its scary. So we made John sleep in a cabin. Then we went to PA to go shopping because it was her brothers birthday. Of course we dragged John with us. We got side tracked once at stitches cause the had ober cute shirts. John did buy a shirt it's cute or should i say sharp. He said that we were pretty good but he won't go shopping with girls anytime soon. We got back and John went straight to his tent and slept till late that night. I bought streamers to decorate my sisters office because I could and gave her peanut butter MM's. We did go swimming in the after noon and played with the frog and surf bords and I got to blob one of the staff, who was a former camper of mine. Oh then we sent John on the Jungle swing then they dared me to go and I freaked I don't no why I did and I failed a dare.
News Flash Amy failed a dare that never happens now John is never going to let me live that down niether will kimmy. One of these days I will get over my fear. I did go on the Whipper witch is higher then this swing. The only nerve racking thing about the whipper is the free fall part and going up the rickitty latter. Then it was sunday and well we left around noon I didn't want to leave because I didn't want to go back to work. I love my job but I don't like the person that I will be stuck sharing a desk with. She likes to shove her work onto me. I do have a confession though I went to another spa party and bought an the instant manicure now my hands will be wonderful.
I know that guys have a hard time grasping the concept of why women like spas and pampering them selves. Well women like physical touch thats why they like holding hands and cuddling. Plus is something that we get to do for our selves we get to feel rejuvenated and fresh and relaxed and not worry in that moment what we need to do. The best gift someone could give me is anything to do with spas. Anything that I can do for my self to make me feel great.

Sorry all my Male readers
So I have a beef and it's not going a way and it will always be a problem. Now I could hate Eve because she is techniquely, Why women every were suffer and I'm not just talking about my monthly but how much it cost to be one. The other day I had to go and out and buy a bathing suite a good supporting one well, because I don't have the smallest of chest witch by the way is not fun. I do have some workable ones but when your playing water b-ball they are not practical they just don't hold the girls in so I went to the only specialty swim wear shop and I paid $100 for one. I could have gotten one at sears or walmart but seriously I don't won't one that looks old ladyish. Also I want it to last more then a month. I don't get why they can't be a descent price I have a hard time spending that much on clothes. No I'm not PMS ing right now I'm just annoyed. It costed me $30 or more for Faminen Products, Shampoo and Conditioner, Body Wash, Shaving Gel. Thats roughly what women have to pay these days thats not including make-up and don't get me started on that. The Slogan have a "Happy period", sorry but thats not possible when your suffering from cramps and you just want to reach in a yank out your uterus and drinking water sorry I retain enough fluids already don't need any more in me, when I'm menstrating. Going and excercise will ease you of your cramps, The only thing that will relieve me of is bitting off a males head. I hate it when guys say its not that bad, ok well then how is having fainting spells and throughing up and shooting pain like someone is constintly twisting your insides not that bad. I could just smack them................

FaMiLy
This is the newest edition to our family, Danica Joelle Caroline Epp, She is my Niece. Why the big name you might ask is because Caroline is my Grandmas middle name. Our Grandma is really special to all of us. She takes the time to talk to us to get to know us. I love her and all her crazy stories she has from when she was our age. She celebrated her 85th birthday May 26th, I want to share pics with you, from wolsley, SK.
